Storyline

Despite a career of achievement as a detective for the Dago City Police Department, Daniel finds himself struggling in the area that matters the most to him - his family. After years of missed anniversaries, missed karate tournaments, and missed opportunities to show his wife and daughter how much he cares, Daniel realizes that the effort he's making now might be too little, too late. At the same time, Daniel's history as a police officer catches up to him. O'Neill, a hardened criminal once imprisoned by Daniel, is in over his head with a bounty on his life and the entire crime syndicate looking to collect the reward. With no one to turn to and only 48 hours to stay alive, he looks for help in the most unexpected place - Daniel. Daniel is as by-the-book as they come, but that's what makes him the perfect one to help. O'Neill knows that the people trying to kill him won't be able to pay off Daniel like they could with other members of the force, but he also knows that Daniel won't agree to help willingly, either. With nothing to lose, O'Neill plants bombs in Daniel's home, trapping his wife and child inside. As long as O'Neill's heart keeps beating, the bombs won't go off. Pushed into an impossible situation, how far will Daniel go to fight for the life of a criminal, so that he can save the lives of the people he loves?
